Lance Roberts

Lance Roberts is an accomplished transportation and logistics executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Candor Cool Chain since April 2024 and a member of the Board of Directors at ECA: A Delivery Industry Alliance, Lance has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at OnWay Transport and LF Transport. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President at RMX Global Logistics, and Director of Highway at Matson Logistics Inc. Notably, Lance founded RLS, providing innovative logistical solutions, and significantly contributed to sales and marketing as Vice President at Johanson Transportation Service. Lance holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
