Steve Whinnery has a strong background in consulting and leadership roles. Steve began their career at Accenture, where they gained experience working with both large and small organizations. Steve then joined Interelate Inc, a start-up CRM, where they further developed their skills in collaboration and working in a start-up environment. Steve later joined eCapital Advisors, where they held various positions including Senior Consultant, Partner, and ultimately Chief Executive Officer. In their current role, Steve is responsible for strategy, operations, employee engagement, customer experience, and working directly with clients on transformation work. Throughout their career, Steve has focused on customer enablement, speed to value, change enablement, and leveraging client insights.
