Barbara Ulias has over 15 years of experience in the accounting field and a wealth of management experience, it is easy to understand why Barbara has quickly risen through the company ranks. As Vice President of Operations, Freight Factoring, she ensures resources are in line to manage the company’s rapidly growing customer based and accounts receivable portfolios. Credited with building the eCapital Collections Department from the ground up, Barbara is a dynamic, respected leader and valuable contributor in the secured lending space.

Barbara’s resourcefulness and sought-after analytical skills are matched with a remarkable ability to motivate her team to solve complex situations and reach targeted goals. She studied accounting at Humber College and has completed the National Collector Certificate Program with the Credit Institute of Canada. More recently, Barbara completed the online Management Essentials Certificate with Harvard Business School.
