Julie Fair

Julie Fair, MBA, serves as the Director of Global IT Operations at eCapital Corp. since February 2016, where Julie leads initiatives to implement a customer relationship management system and develop a cloud-based infrastructure that enhances service reliability, scalability, and security while reducing costs. Previously held positions at eCapital include Director of IT Service Delivery and Director of Information Technology, focusing on operational readiness, strategic direction, and project management. Prior to eCapital, Julie held various leadership roles at LPL Financial, where achievements included significant cost savings in infrastructure outsourcing and the automation of operational processes. Julie began a career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, providing patient care and support services. Educational credentials include an MBA in Technology Management and a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with ongoing studies in Strategic Management at Michigan State University.
