Mohamed Alaa

Mohamed Alaa is an experienced operations supervisor currently at ECCO Outsourcing since November 2017, managing multiple teams across various lines of business, including Doc Egypt, Doc UK, Uber Eats, and Uber Scooter. Previous roles include team lead at Uber, overseeing a team of 25 agents, and site engineer at LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company, where responsibilities included the installation of 4G networks. Mohamed also served as an engineer officer in the Egyptian Army, managing over 50 soldiers, and as a customer care team lead at Vodafone, where Mohamed enhanced performance through analytical methods and training. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, completed in 2011.
