Juanita Brown

Juanita Brown is an experienced operations manager currently at itelCX since October 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring alignment across business lines and utilizing key performance indicators and data analytics to enhance operational effectiveness. Previously, as an operations supervisor at Go Answer from September 2017 to October 2020, Juanita provided leadership and acted as a liaison between upper management and staff. Early career experience includes a role as a customer service representative and a student intern with the Government of Saint Lucia. Juanita holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Studies with a major in International Management from The University of the West Indies, alongside an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.
