Jim Bjorklund

Jim Bjorklund has over 30 years of work experience. Jim started as an Electronics Technician in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1989. After that, they worked at Micron Electronics for 14 years, where they held the position of Director of Operations. Jim was responsible for various aspects of the business, including contract negotiations, sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Jim also turned around the Mexico facility after it was failing to deliver quality products on time. Following that, they worked at Western Electronics as a Plant Manager, implementing ISO 9001 and developing a new customer base. Jim then moved to Mobility Electronics as a Director of Operations, where they were responsible for full P&L and strategic cost reduction efforts. Jim joined Inovar Inc as a Vice President of Operations and was responsible for all operational activities and functions, leading to significant revenue growth. Before their current role as Director of Operations at ECCO Safety Group, they worked at Hycomp Inc in the same capacity, focusing on quality, delivery, financial performance, and the development of new capabilities and processes.

Jim Bjorklund attended Boise State University from 2000 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1987, they attended CCAF, where no specific degree or field of study is provided. Additionally, Jim obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute in February 2013.
