Jennifer Gingrass

Jennifer Gingrass has extensive experience in the healthcare consulting and management field. Jennifer started their career in 1999 at Hewitt Associates, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager and Business Analyst for major clients, with a focus on health and welfare benefits administration. In 2004, they joined ECG Management Consultants and held various roles, eventually becoming a Partner in 2012. At ECG, they worked with hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations, providing assistance with hospital/physician alignment, operations improvement, strategic planning, financial analysis, and health reform strategy. In 2009, Jennifer took on an interim executive role at Sutter Physician Services, where they led transformational change in conjunction with the implementation of the Epic practice management system across multiple medical foundations and physicians. Jennifer led initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience and improving financial performance, including scheduling template standardization and patient access improvement.

Jennifer Gingrass obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science-Business from the University of Notre Dame. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University, completing it between 2002 and 2004.
