Pat Lulewicz

Assistant Controller at Echo Health Ventures

As Assistant Controller of Echo Health Ventures, Pat assists with the internal operations of the company and investment portfolio management initiatives. In his role, Pat works to develop forecasts and business plans, helps manage accounting and treasury functions, and fulfills the company’s reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders. Pat also helps manage outsourcing functions, and leverages and organizes key shared service relationships among Echo's two parent organizations to produce periodic financial statements, internal budgets and forecasts, and generally run the business.

Prior to joining Echo, Pat worked in public accounting for five years at CliftonLarsonAllen in Oak Brook, IL and DixonHughesGoodman in Raleigh, NC. During his time at both firms, he audited investment companies including SBA-backed entities, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, and single-purpose entities ranging from $1.5MM to $1B in total assets. In addition, he performed audit and consulting services for publicly-traded and privately-held regional and community financial institutions with consolidated assets between $30MM and $38B. His experience includes SEC reporting such as S-1 Registration Statements, 8-Ks, 10-Qs and 10-Ks, strategic planning and budgeting, annual risk assessment and internal audits, and outsourced services. Pat has his Certified Public Account (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) accreditations.

Pat graduated magna cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL in 2014 with this Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. During his time there he was a Resident Advisor for 3 years. Pat enjoys spending his free time hiking, going to country music concerts, college football games and is actively involved in real estate investing.
