Pooja Virmani

Pooja Virmani is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ECHO India Trust, Pooja has previously held positions as Senior Manager of HR and Region Head at Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Manager of HR at Bajaj Capital Ltd. Early career experience includes a role as a Process Associate at Genpact and as Manager of Nutrition at Panacea Biotec. Pooja holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development & Change from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2016-2017) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (2008-2010).
