Carolina Bräuninger

Carolina Bräuninger has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Carolina started their career as a Praktikant at Orgeldinger Media Group GmbH in 2016. Carolina then moved on to become a Praktikant at Jung Von Matt/Neckar GmbH from September to December 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Werkstudent at CyberForum e.V. from January to July and at solute gmbh from August 2017 to March 2018.

In 2018, Carolina joined Dealfront and Echobot as a Senior Account Executive Mid Market EMEA, where they played a key role in driving sales and managing client relationships. Carolina also worked as a Werkstudent at Echobot from March 2018 to September 2019.

Carolina's expertise in sales and development led their to take on the role of Sales Development SaaS & Insurance at Echobot from March 2019 to January 2023. Carolina also became a Brand Ambassador at SDRs of Germany in February 2022, promoting the organization's brand and mission.

Carolina was appointed as a Member at RevGenius in March 2022, contributing their knowledge and insights to the community. In June 2021, they took on the role of Stellvertrende Leitung der Expertenkommission "Managerinnen im Vertrieb" at Bundesverband der Vertriebsmanager e.V., where they supported the organization's efforts to increase the representation of women in sales management.

Carolina is also passionate about sharing their experiences and knowledge in sales through the Girl in Sales Podcast, where they serve as a Podcast-Host since September 2019.

Carolina Bräuninger began their education in 2017 at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a field of study in Digitale Kommunikation und Medien/Multimedien. Carolina completed their studies there in 2019, although their degree name is unspecified. Following this, from 2019 to 2021, Carolina attended IHK Karlsruhe, focusing on Dialogmarketing for their Ausbildung program.
