Peter Sax

As partner and CTO of Echo&Co, Peter leads our company's approach to designing and developing open source technologies for social good. He lead's Echo&Co's brilliant team of developers to use the right tools to faithfully and expeditiously bring our experience strategy and design team’s creative vision to life. He makes sure the sites and tools we build are secure, fast, and easy to interact with—whether facing you or your constituents.

Prior to joining our team in 2012, Peter built and maintained sites and tools for Sundance Channel, Metropolis Magazine, Edible Brooklyn, and most recently for the media reform nonprofit Free Press. He’s been developing in open source technologies for 15 years, and in Drupal for 6.

Peter has Bachelor of Arts in music from Wesleyan University. He loves to play the guitar and hang out with his wife, son, and daughter at home in Easthampton, Mass.
