Colton Zody, JD, CHC, CHPC, currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Policy, Compliance, and Environment of Care at Echoing Hills Village, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr. Manager of Compliance Monitoring & Regulatory Support with a focus on Privacy at LifePoint Health® from March 2022 to January 2024, and as the Chief Compliance Officer at Advocate Radiology Billing & Reimbursement Specialists, LLC from November 2017 to April 2022. Colton also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Standley Law Group LLP in 2015. Academically, Colton Zody earned a Juris Doctor (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law (2015-2016) and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Ohio Northern University (2009-2013).
