Bradford Shelley

Bradford Shelley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Workstudy at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Bradford then worked as a Sales/Mechanic Assistant at Trek Stop Bicycles in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Network Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 2013, they joined Integration Partners as an IT Intern and later became a ServiceNow Applications Developer. In 2016, they joined Acorio, where they held roles such as ServiceNow Consultant, Manager, ServiceNow Consultant, Manager, Senior Technical Consultant, and Consulting Manager, Senior Technical Consultant. Since 2021, Bradford has been working as a Solutions Architect at EchoStor Technologies.

Bradford Shelley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School between 2012 and 2014. Before that, they studied Mechanical Engineering and Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2010. In 2015, they took courses in Management Information Systems, General at Harvard Extension School. Additionally, Bradford Shelley has obtained several certifications, including Certified Technical Architect from ServiceNow in May 2023, ITILv3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2015, and various ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow CIS-CSM, ServiceNow CIS-HR, ServiceNow CIS-ITSM, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, among others.
