Christopher Flores

Christopher Flores has accumulated a wealth of experience in the corporate development, M&A, and investment banking sectors. Starting as a Management Consultant at Accenture in 2014, they later transitioned to Investment Banking Analyst at Drake Star Partners in 2016. Moving to Solera, Inc. in 2017, they held roles as Corporate Development/M&A Analyst and Manager. Most recently, Flores worked at ECI Software Solutions as Corporate Development Manager before being promoted to Director, Corporate Development in 2021. Their expertise lies in advising on M&A mandates, minority stake private placements, and enterprise SaaS-based technology.

Christopher Flores attended Plano Sr High School from 2006 to 2010. Christopher then went on to the University of Arkansas from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative from FINRA.
