Peter Hros

Peter Hros is the current Head of Human Resources at Eckoh. Prior to this, they were the Lead HR Development and Operations Partner at Instinctif Partners from December 2016 to August 2018. At Instinctif Partners, Peter was responsible for conducting a comprehensive HR gap analysis and defining HR strategy that aligned with desired business objectives. Peter also launched and completed the HR Transformation programme adopting automation, establishing, coaching and managing a highly effective shared services HR Team. In addition, they implemented HR MI reporting to help with strategic decisions using HR Data insights.

Under Peter's leadership, the company won multiple Employer Awards such as “Best Place to Work”. Peter also launched the “WhoDoYouKnow” campaign to support Talent Acquisition which led to at least 25% of job offers made thanks to the company referral scheme. Furthermore, they streamlined Recruitment processes and redefined the role of HR and Hiring Manager to support business with value adding in mind. Additionally, they refurbished the Onboarding and Induction process leading to major improvements in employee’s 1st 100 days experience. Lastly, they digitalised the formal HR communication leading to streamlined documents flow and secured GDPR compliance.

At Eckoh, Peter is continuing their work in transforming HR practices. Peter has implemented a new streamlined Performance Review; PDP; and Appraisal process putting Individual development and knowledge sharing in a centre with more frequent check ins. Peter is also refurbishing the existing L&D strategy breaking down barriers between different practices introducing Interconnected approach to knowledge sharing across the organisation by fostering workforce of Trainers. In addition, they are overseeing HR Compliance and responding to external audits and bids. Lastly, they are managing a team of three HR practitioners with both generalist and specialist background.

Peter Hros has a MSc in HRM from the University of Bedfordshire as well as a BSc in HRM, Corporate strategy, Work Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, and Employee relations from the same school.

They are on a team with Lisa Parrott - Head of Client Services, Ed Johnson - Chief Operating Officer UK, and Dave Holliday - Global IT Director. Peter Hros reports to Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer.
