Emerick Ngo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emerick started their career at Sykes Enterprises in 1999 as a Program Manager before moving to Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. in 2003, where they held the same role. In 2005, Emerick worked as a Program Manager at IBM Daksh and APAC Customer Service. Emerick then joined Stellar Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Operations Manager, leading campaigns and focusing on quality improvement and financial analysis. From 2009 to 2012, Emerick worked at AIA Philippines as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for project planning, budgeting, and documentation. Emerick continued their project management career at IBEX from 2012 to 2015, completing implementations of various systems. At IBM, between 2015 and 2022, Emerick served as a Project Manager and later as a Delivery Project Executive, focusing on organizational upskilling, cross-skilling, and business innovations. Emerick'smost recent role was at AMS as a Client Services Manager from 2022 to 2023. Emerick is currently working as the Head of L&D Quality Assurance at Eclaro, a position they took up in 2023.

Emerick Ngo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chiang Kai Shek College in the years 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Santo Tomas from 1997 to 2011. Additionally, they have acquired numerous certifications from IBM, such as Watson Visual Recognition in 2020 and various others related to areas like IoT, automation, blockchain, and data analytics, obtained in 2017 and 2018.
