Soumik Sinha

Soumik Sinha is a Process Manager at eClerx, where Soumik independently handles clients, escalates issues, and builds domain expertise. Prior to this, Soumik worked as a Team Lead at NIUM, Marketing Lead at Radisson Impex, and Senior Process Executive at Tata Consultancy Services. Soumik also provided technical support at Wipro BPO. Soumik holds a PGDM in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Asutosh Memorial College, and completed their Higher Secondary in Science from Nava Nalanda High School in Kolkata.
