Diana Cox has a diverse work experience. Diana began their career in 2013 as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Rollins College, where they conducted biochemistry and organic chemistry research in the laboratories of Dr. Kasandra Riley and a faculty member, respectively. Diana also served as a Peer Mentor during this time. In 2013, they were also an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the National Science Foundation, where they optimized a palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction for the synthesis of electron-deficient biaryl compounds. In 2015, they became a Predoctoral Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine, where they worked in the Cooper Laboratory under the advisement of Dr. Thomas Cooper, M.D. In 2020, they joined Eclipsebio as a Scientist and was later promoted to Scientist II.
Diana Cox obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Rollins College between 2010 and 2014. Diana then went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Baylor College of Medicine, which they completed in 2020.
