David Waller

David Waller is an experienced project manager and road restoration coordinator currently employed at ECM Consultants since May 2012. In this role since May 2015, David manages a team of Quality Assurance inspectors, coordinates road restoration efforts for the Baton Rouge SSO Program, and fosters a collaborative and training-oriented environment. Notable achievements include securing all Specialty Inspector positions, promoting creativity among team members, and receiving the award of excellence in 2012 and employee of the year in 2014.
