Jessica Goldstein Holmes

Jessica Goldstein Holmes is a Postsecondary CTE Research Fellow at ECMC Foundation and a PhD Candidate in Education Policy at the University of Arkansas. With a robust background in education, Jessica has experience as an education consultant focusing on equity and inclusion, as well as roles in teacher preparation and curriculum development. Previously, Jessica served as the Lead Science Teacher at the Denver School of Innovation & Sustainable Design, where contributions included designing the first competency-based high school in the Greater Denver Area and developing district-wide science assessments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, a Master of Professional Studies in International Development from Cornell University, and ongoing doctoral studies at the University of Arkansas. Research interests encompass predictors of student success, school finance, and career and technical education.
