Carolyn Glaser

Carolyn Glaser, PMP, currently serves as General Manager of Information Technology Services at Thames Valley District School Board since 2017. In addition, Carolyn holds the position of Vice Chair of the OASBO ICT Committee and serves as a Board Director and Secretary for ECNO - IT. Carolyn has significant leadership experience, having chaired the Aspen Strategic Management Committee at OECM and the Southwestern ON K-12 CIOs. Previous roles include membership on cybersecurity panels for the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and the Ontario Ministry of Education. Before joining Thames Valley District School Board, Carolyn was the Director of Information Technology for the City of Barrie, overseeing a comprehensive range of IT operations and strategic initiatives, and held various positions in communications and GIS services. Carolyn's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
