Kim Babcock

Kim Babcock has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Kim is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at ECO Roof and Solar since July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Talent Manager at CMR Construction & Roofing from September 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at PTC from April 2019 to September 2022. Kim also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RM Consulting from 2014 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional Administrator at Solaris Hospice from 2012 to 2013, Sales Manager at Sears Hometown Dealer Store from 2008 to 2012, and East Texas Regional Sales Manager at Classic Century Homes from 2003 to 2006.

Kim Babcock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Advertising and Public Relations from Texas Tech University between 1984 and 1988. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Marketing from the same institution. Kim Babcock also holds a certification in "Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
