Diana Brown

Diana Brown is currently the Head of People at Eco. Diana has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions at Capital One and UnitedHealth Group.

Diana started their career in 1997 as an Employee Assistance Program Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group. In 1999, they transitioned to Capital One, where they managed third-party suppliers. During their time at Capital One, Diana also served as the Vice President - Head of International HR. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's HR initiatives globally.

Diana has a proven track record of success in Human Resources. Her experience will be invaluable in their current role at Eco, where they are responsible for leading the people team.

Diana Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech, certification from the HR Certification Institute in SPHR, and certification from SHRM in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Diana Brown reports to Andy Bromberg, CEO. They work with Noah Spaulding - General Counsel, Ashlee Klim Fitzpatrick - Executive Business Partner, and Jeff Caron - Head of Finance. and Katie Taylor - Onboarding Specialist reports to Diana Brown.
