Jamy J. Salazar

Jamy J. Salazar has a comprehensive work history in the field of human resources. Starting in 1998, Salazar served as a Psychology Instructor at San Diego State University until 2000. From there, Salazar transitioned to the corporate world, working as a Human Resources Business Partner at AppliedMicro from 1999 to 2005. Following this, Salazar moved to Qualcomm, where they held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2005 to 2009. Salazar then joined Life Technologies, now Thermo Fisher Scientific, as the Head of Global Learning and Development from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their career in the life sciences field, Salazar joined Illumina in 2011 and held various leadership positions, including Head of Global Learning and Development, Head of Global Talent Management, and Head of Human Resources, Europe/Middle East/Africa (Expatriate), until 2017. Salazar then worked at DJO, now Enovis, as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2018 until joining ecoATM Gazelle in 2020 as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
