Roger Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Roger has held leadership positions in talent management, education and training, and non-profit organizations. In their most recent role at Ecobat as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management, they are responsible for developing strategic people initiatives and enhancing employee experiences. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of People Services & Experience at Southwest Transplant Alliance, where they worked closely with executive leadership to implement successful adult learning programs. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Johnson & Wales University in the years 1994 to 1996.
