Faith Brandon

Faith Brandon has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Global Director of Marketing Training & Talent Development at Ecolab since November 2010. Faith has held various roles at Ecolab, including Global Human Resource Director and Sr. Human Resource Representative. Prior to Ecolab, Faith worked at the National Marrow Donor Program, focusing on employee relations and engagement, and at Turning Point, Inc. as Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing employee relations. Faith began the career at West Corporation as an Employee Relations & Training Coordinator. Faith holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Oral Roberts University.
