Gayatri Bhagwat

Gayatri (Jill) Bhagwat is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in data integration, project management, and automation. As the Engineering Lead at Ecolab since August 2021, Jill has implemented scalable workflows to enhance site onboarding and has managed high-stakes client projects. Previous roles include a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Ecolab, where Jill co-founded a Data as a Service offering and spearheaded a major ServiceNow upgrade. Prior experience includes consulting at Accenture, where Jill led global training initiatives and developed custom data tools, as well as positions at Cimation and Keystone Engineering focusing on automation and SCADA systems. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
