Marina Grindstaff

Marina Grindstaff is a finance professional with extensive experience at Ecolab since August 2009, where current responsibilities include serving as Director of Finance for the Global Specialty Sector. Previous roles at Ecolab include Senior Finance Manager, overseeing various international and commercial finance functions, as well as leading SAP implementation initiatives. Prior to Ecolab, Marina worked at Numberworks as a Financial Analyst and held positions at the State of Minnesota and Ecolab in geodetics and accounting capacities. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Metro State University, completed in 2008.
