Juan Sandoval is an Associate Professor at Ecole centrale de Nantes since September 2023, focusing on the Auto-Robot Department and conducting research in the LS2N Laboratory with the RoMaS Team. Prior to this role, Juan served as an Associate Professor at Université de Poitiers from September 2017 to August 2023, teaching in the HSE Department and researching at the Pprime Institute within the CoBRA Team. Juan's experience includes positions as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Politecnico di Milano, where work involved control of redundant torque-controlled robots, a Research Engineer for the SMILE project at Université d'Orléans, and a Maintenance Engineer at ALVILLA. Juan's education includes a Ph.D. in Robotics from Université d'Orléans and a Master in Electronics, Signal and Microsystems from l'INSA Centre Val de Loire, complemented by a Mechatronics Engineer degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
