Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan Priebe has a diverse work experience background. Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan currently holds the position of Head of R&D at ecoLocked, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Luca Industries International as the Director of Research and Development from June 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they led research and development activities for foam concrete using innovative LithoPore® Technology and sustainable cementitious materials. Dr.-Ing. Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan was also the initiator and co-founder of KEYS - Knowledge Exchange for Young Scientists.

Dr.-Ing. Priebe's previous role at the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und prüfung was as a Project Manager and Research Scientist from December 2013 to November 2016. Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan managed projects related to sustainable construction using alternative cementitious materials and played a key role in gathering knowledge and developing design concepts for sustainable materials.

Prior to their work at the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung, Dr.-Ing. Priebe served as a Project Manager at BAM Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und prüfung from October 2010 to September 2013. Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan played a crucial role in the design and construction of domestic, commercial, and high-rise buildings in Tanzania. Dr.-Ing. Nsesheye Susan also represented the Structural Engineer on design teams and supervised construction projects.
