Dave Charlton

Dave Charlton is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CTO at Ecolumix since May 2020 and as Co-Founder of BlackLab Venture Studio since January 2020, Dave has a strong background in developing innovative solutions. Previously, Dave held the position of COO at New Signature from September 2008 to October 2017 and served as CTO/COO at Barrel of Jobs from 2011 to January 2013, where a social recruiting platform was launched. Other notable roles include CTO at Santeon, Inc. from March 2005 to September 2007, VP of Software Development at InforMax, Inc. from May 2001 to June 2003, and Director of Product Development at MarketWare from 1989 to 1996. Dave holds an education degree from Yale University.
