Charlotte Benedikt has worked in the field of People & Culture since 2016. Charlotte began their career at Hilltop GmbH (ehem. Interim International Human Resources GmbH & Co. KG) as a Working Student in HR Consulting, Recruiting in 2016. Charlotte then moved on to Dinzler Kaffeerösterei AG as a Bachelor Graduation Intern in HRM, where they conducted research on recruiting methods for Generation Y and Z. In 2017, they worked as a Working Student in Talent Management and an Intern in Talent Management at BSH Home Appliances Group. In 2018, they joined Deutsche Cyber Sicherheitsorganisation DCSO as a Recruiting Coordinator & HR Assistant, where they were responsible for recruiting activities and HR activities such as new employee onboarding and the development and implementation of an onboarding process. In 2019, they began working at PayFit Deutschland as a People Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ecolytiq as Head of People & Culture, then Team Lead People & Culture, and now Senior People & Culture Manager.

Charlotte Benedikt has a diverse educational background. In 2008, they obtained a Skiing Instructor certification from Snowsport Tirol - Tiroler Skilehrerverband. Charlotte then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Hochschule M\u00fcnchen University of Applied Sciences, which they completed in 2017. In 2015, they took a Semester Abroad at Royal Roads University, studying International Hotel Management. Finally, in 2017, they earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from ISCTE Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications for AEVO (Ausbildereignungsverordnung der IHK, Ada-Schein) from IHK Akademie M\u00fcnchen und Oberbayern, Jugendleiterin (Grundkurs) from Evang.-Luth. Dekanat F\u00fcrstenfeldbruck, and Skilehrerin (Ausbildung zum Schneesportlehrer Grundstufe) from Skilehrerverband Tirol.
