Jay Baldwin

Jay Baldwin has extensive experience in business development and investment banking, currently serving in a development role at Veloce Energy since March 2020. As President of Wind River Capital Partners, LLC since 1994, Baldwin leads a privately held investment banking firm that specializes in CleanTech and sustainable product investments. Additionally, Baldwin holds positions as a Business Development Advisor for IRN - The Reuse Network and Senior Advisor in Business Development for EcoMotion, focusing on sustainability initiatives. Baldwin co-founded City Gardens, INC, an interior landscaping company, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University, earned between 1969 and 1973.
