Prior to that, Ilja has held various leadership roles in companies such as Pets Deli, Schober Investment Group, SCHOLPP, IEG - INVESTMENT BANKING GROUP, Odewald & Compagnie, and ING/BHF - Leveraged Finance. Ilja's educational background includes a degree in Finance from Berlin Business School, along with internships at Merrill Lynch and Jones Lang Wootton.
