Rona Deutsch

Rona Deutsch has over 18 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Rona recently worked as an HR professional at Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as an HR Country Lead for three technology companies across the US from November 2020 to July 2022. Rona also worked as an HR professional at Checkmarx from April 2018 to September 2019 and as a Recruitment & HR Management Consultant for their own business from July 2014 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as HR Manager at VidMind from July 2011 to July 2014, Group Facilitator at the Israeli Gay Youth Organization (IGY) from September 2012 to July 2013, HR Specialist at N-trig from November 2007 to June 2011, HR Recruiter at IBM from November 2005 to November 2006, and Recruiter at Hever ITR in 2004.
