Terry Wirkkala

Terry Wirkkala is a Senior Project Manager with experience in environmental consulting, economics, water resources management, and natural resources management. They have worked at companies such as ECONorthwest, Highland Economics, and Cardno ENTRIX, as well as taught at Linfield College. Terry holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from Linfield University and an MS in Agriculture and Natural Resource Economics from Oregon State University.
