Fabiana Copello

Fabiana Copello, M.Sc, CCEP-I, CPC-A, is an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance, risk management, and internal controls. Fabiana has held various leadership positions in notable companies, including Ecopetrol, New Fortress Energy, Ori Capital, Essilor Group, Brookfield Brasil, Marfrig Global Foods, Brookfield Renewable Energy Group, Neoenergia, and EY. Throughout their career, Fabiana has been responsible for implementing and managing compliance programs, developing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Fabiana has also successfully led projects, such as SOX audits and compliance due diligence for company acquisitions. Fabiana's expertise and track record in promoting governance, ethics, and transparency make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Fabiana Copello has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the IAG - Escola de Negócios da PUC-Rio, which they obtained between 2021 and 2023. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ibmec in 2010. In 2005, they specialized in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at COPPEAD UFRJ. Fabiana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which they completed between 2000 and 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they are a PQO-B3 Compliance Professional, obtained from B3 in August 2020. Fabiana also holds an Anticorruption Compliance Professional Certification (CPC-A) from LEC - Legal, Ethics & Compliance, acquired in January 2020. Fabiana is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) certified by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in November 2021.
