Henry Werner Cruz

Henry Werner Cruz has a diverse work experience in the field of IT project management and leadership roles. Henry Werner started their career at Belcorp as an IT Project Manager before moving on to become a Global IT Project Manager. Henry Werner then worked at Colombina as a Lead IT Project Manager, overseeing teams and ensuring project deadlines were met. Henry later joined Abbott as a Global IT Project Manager, where they coordinated and managed various technology projects. Henry Werner then worked at Colsubsidio, where they served as an IT Project Manager, IT Business Partner, and finally as the Jefe Departamento Arquitectura Tecnologica. Most recently, Henry has been working at Ecopetrol, first as a Lider Proyectos Digitales and currently as a Chief Enterprise Architect. Henry Werner'sexperience spans across multiple industries and demonstrates their expertise in project management and architecture.

Henry Werner Cruz has a diverse education history. Henry Werner obtained a degree in Habilidades Gerenciales de TI from Universidad de Los Andes in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued Gesti\u00f3n de proyectos at Universidad de La Sabana until 2008. In 2006, they completed their studies in Ingenier\u00eda de sistemas at Universidad El Bosque. Looking ahead, Henry plans to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CESA in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Henry has obtained several certifications. These include Leading Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020, SCRUM MA\u0301STER and SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER from Scrum Colombia in 2018, and Liderando la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital from Ecopetrol in 2017. Henry Werner has also received several certifications from SAP in fields such as logistics execution, procurement, sales and distribution, project management, and production planning & manufacturing.
