Brad Prosek

Brad Prosek is an accomplished executive in the life sciences sector, currently serving as an Operating Partner and Executive in Residence at EcoR1 Capital, LLC since November 2022, while also holding a board member position at Epikast since April 2024. Prosek is the President of All Terrain bioPartners LLC, a role started in April 2015, focusing on business development and corporate strategy for life science companies. Previously, Prosek was Chief Business Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Constellation Pharmaceuticals from September 2017 to July 2021, and played a key role at Cubist Pharmaceuticals from March 2005 to April 2015, leading initiatives in infection prevention and corporate development. Early career experience includes positions at Biogen Idec and Covance Market Access Services, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Operations from Columbia Business School and a BSFS in International Relations and Biochemistry from Georgetown University.
