Nilsah Suslu is currently serving as a Data Management Officer at Ecorys since January 2024, contributing as a Junior Non-Key Expert for the SUMAF project, which supports monitoring actions financed under the Facility for Refugees in Turkey. Previously, Nilsah held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at SGDD-ASAM from October 2021 to December 2023, and at Genc Hayat Foundation from January 2020 to May 2021, engaging in data analysis, report writing, and project support for a GIZ funded initiative. Additional experience includes a Project Assistant Internship at Doğa Koruma Merkezi, where Nilsah performed literature research and event assistance, a Social Worker Internship at a courthouse focusing on victim communication, and dual Research Assistant roles at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi. Nilsah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Bursa Anatolian High School in 2013.
