Angie Garay Restrepo

Angie Garay is a Senior IT Recruiter at ECOSISTEMAS since August 2018, specializing in the recruitment and selection of both IT and Non-IT profiles. Responsibilities include direct client engagement, publication of job postings, CV pre-selection and screening, conducting interviews, preparing reports, coordinating pre-employment exams, and managing onboarding processes, as well as overseeing an internal referral program. Previously, Angie volunteered at Cultura de Trabajo where duties involved conducting individual interviews and analyzing job requirements, and served as a job search advisor for ADRHA during the Expo Empleo Joven event.
