Rachel Andres

Rachel Andres has a strong background in IT support and technical roles. Rachel is currently working as an IT Engineer at Greenhouse Software since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Support Technician at Asana from 2021 to 2022. Rachel also gained experience as an Information Technology Support Technician at Pinterest from 2020 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked at Lyft as an IT Support Specialist for a few months in 2020. Rachel also has experience working at Apple in various technical roles, including as a Genius Administrator from 2017 to 2020, a Technical Expert in 2017, and a Technical Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Rachel started their career at Crown World Dental Lab as an Implant Technical Advisor from 2011 to 2014 and as a Shipping Receiving Specialist from 2011 to 2012. Rachel Andres attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In October 2015, they also obtained the certification of iOs certified technician ACiT from Apple.
