Avisha Mashita

Avisha Mashita has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles related to communication, project assistance, translation, and customer service. Currently serving as Korean General Affairs at Ecount ERP since November 2022, responsibilities include facilitating communication between the Indonesia branch and the Korean development/customer support team, reporting system errors, and updating ERP manuals. Previous positions include Project Assistant at Beomho Technology Service, handling customer inquiries at the Korean Call Center for Hyundai Motor Company, and translating communications for 세라젬 (CERAGEM). Avisha has also held managerial and customer service roles, such as Assistant Manager at ASPERDA DIY and Front Desk Receptionist at Dom's Hotel Yogyakarta. Education culminated with a degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada in August 2019.
