Christian Okengue

Christian Okengue is an experienced professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Expert at EcoVadis since October 2020. In this role, Christian leads and coordinates projects to enhance the overall customer experience and manages key deliverables tied to customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to EcoVadis, Christian worked at Schneider Electric in various capacities, including Junior Project Manager overseeing the renovation of the Paris Innovation Hub, and as Junior Customer Relations Manager responsible for promoting the company’s solutions. Christian began the career as a Business Development Intern at Schneider Electric, focusing on sustainable practices. Christian holds a Master's degree in International Business from éklore éducation and a Bachelor's degree from Institut Superieur de Management Dakar, complemented by studies at Leeds University Business School.
