Marta Krzywicka

Marta Krzywicka is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations at EcoVadis since November 2016, overseeing HR operations in Northern Europe for over 500 employees. Key responsibilities include legal compliance, payroll, benefits, and training, as well as business partnering with IT, Sales, and product teams. Previously, Marta held roles as People Operations Senior Manager for Northern Europe and HR Manager at Altkom Akademia, where expertise in recruitment, training, and organizational development was demonstrated.
