Nadia Salem

Nadia Salem currently serves as VP People Growth at EcoVadis, having transitioned from the role of Talent Development Lead since June 2020. Prior to this, Nadia held various positions including Manager and Certified Coach at Cabinet Alixio from 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR consulting and leadership development. Earlier experience includes serving as Group Recruitment and HR Development Manager for the EMEA region at Lagardère Travel Retail from 2007 to 2015, and as Recruitment Manager for Networks from 2003 to 2006. Nadia’s career commenced at Alcatel as a Human Resources Officer from 2000 to 2002. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in Coaching, Leadership, and Change from ESSEC Business School, a Master's in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS-RH, and a Maîtrise in Employment Policies and Human Resources from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
