David Awad

David Awad is the current Chief Technology Officer at EcoVerse. Prior to this, they were an angel investor with Cairo Angels, a political data fellow and mentor with Bluebonnet Data, and a member of the Artificial Intelligence & Autonomous Systems Policy Committee with IEEE-USA. David has also been a Franklin Fellow with Harvard University and a Developer Evangelist with R3.

David Awad earned their Juris Doctorate from Northwestern California University School of Law. David then went on to earn their Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue a business degree and completed the Business Foundations Specialization Online from The Wharton School. David then decided to focus on Artificial Intelligence / Robotics / Computer Vision / Machine Learning and completed a Nanodegree in Self Driving Car Engineering from Udacity. David Awad began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from Rutgers University. David then earned a High School Diploma in Musical Theater from Edison High School. In addition to their formal education, David Awad has also earned certification from FINRA in Securities Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65), Coursera in Nand to Tetris, Building a Computer from First Principles (Parts 1 & 2), and State of New Jersey in Notary Public.
