Matthew Conant has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within customer experience and operations management. Matthew has served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at EcoWater Systems and as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Sportsman's Guide, where they successfully improved overall net promoter scores through targeted improvements. Matthew also held the position of Director of Customer Care and Success at When I Work and the Director of Offshore Vendor Relations, Customer Engagement at Bluestem Brands. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as the Senior Director of Operations at Edmentum and owned their own consulting business, Positive Approach Consulting. Matthew began their career as a Director at Microsoft, where they focused on product development and management.
