Anitha H D has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anitha H currently serves as the Chief People Officer at ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists. Prior to this, they worked at Ooredoo Maldives as a Sr. Manager Organizational Development, where they oversaw performance management and talent acquisition & development. Before that, they were an HR Specialist at Pure Health, where they implemented job descriptions and company policies and managed resources for new projects. Anitha H also worked as a Manager at Mphasis An HP Company, where they spearheaded resource management functions and served as an HR Business Partner. Additionally, they worked as an HR Manager at Siemens Technology India, where they championed HR programs and provided support in performance management rollouts. Earlier in their career, they were a Sr. HR Coordinator at iGate Global Solutions Limited, where they provided support on HR process automation and managed HR activities for a business unit.

Anitha H D completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relation, Economics & Sociology from Bangalore University between 1996 and 1999. In 2001, they pursued a Masters in Human Resource Management from Christ University, Bangalore. Anitha H later obtained a CIPD level 5 intermediate certificate in human resource management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in 2017. Anitha has also received additional certifications such as School Child & Parent Counselor and Coach from NHCA Singapore, International Certified Career Coach from Mindler, and a Life And Executive Coaching Foundation Program from Indian leadership academy. Anitha H is also certified in Career Guidance Specialist, Interviewing Skills, Neuro-linguistic Program, and PCMM L5 from various institutions.
